Avon Lake Early Bird Meet Info

Both Middle School and High School Cross Country teams will be racing at the Avon Lake Early Bird meet on Sat, August 30th.  The meet will take place at Lorain County Community College.

Middle School Runners:  Bus departs from High School at 6:20
High School Runners:  Bus departs from High School at 8:30

11:00 High School Boys "GOLD" Varsity (top 7 runners on team)
11:30  High School Girls "GOLD" Varsity (top 7 runners on team)


Approximate Return to IHS:  3:00
We will stop for fast food on way home again. Please bring $5-10 for food.

Take I-480 West        

Continue onto OH-10 W       

Exit onto OH-301 N/OH-57 N/US-20 E

Continue to follow OH-57 N

Turn right onto N Abbe Rd

LCCC will be on the right

OR

Take I-77 North         

Take exit 161B for I-490 toward I-490 W/I-71/Toledo E 55th St    

Keep left at the fork and merge onto I-490 W          

Continue onto I-90 W

Take exit 148 for OH-254 toward Avon/Sheffield   

Turn left onto Detroit Rd      

Turn right onto N Abbe Rd   

LCCC will be on the left
