This week is a busy week as the MS and HS teams will split and go to different meets.

Tuesday:  Speedwork for MS boys/girls and HS boys
Wednesday:  Speedwork for HS girls

Friday:  MS practice on your own.....HS teams are at Gilmour Invitational
Bus:  1:30-1:45? 
Races:  Indpendence is in the BLUE race.
4:00  HS Boys
5:00  HS Girls (if we have a full team)

Directions:  Gilmour Academy,  2045 Som Center Road,  Gates Mills, OH 44040

Turn right to merge onto I-77 N toward Cleveland            

Take exit 156 to merge onto I-480 E toward Youngstown            

Take exit 26 on the left for U.S. 422 N toward Warren            

Follow signs for US-422 W/I-271 N/Harvard/Chagrin

Merge onto I-271 N/US-422 W

Continue to follow I-271 N

Take exit 34 to merge onto US-322 E/Mayfield Rd            

Turn right onto Som Center Rd            

At the traffic circle, continue straight to stay on Som Center Rd

Saturday:  MS teams are at Woodridge/CVNP Invitational @ Pine Hollow/Kendall Hills
Bus:  8:00
Races:
10:30  MS Girls Open
11:00  MS Boys team race (if we don't have a full team we run open at 10:00)

Directions:  Kendall Park/Pine Hollow (CVNP), Peninsula

Head south on Brecksville

Turn left onto OH-82 E/Chippewa Rd

Continue to follow OH-82 E

Turn right onto Olde 8 Rd            

Turn left onto Highland Rd            

Take the 1st right onto OH-8 S            

Take exit 12 for Ohio 303 toward Peninsula/Hudson            

Merge onto Akron Cleveland Rd/State Rd            

Turn right onto Keenan Rd
